Our
parent company is MSP OnLine, LLC. All web hosting is done
through them. We own our own server coupled to a T-3 backbone.
We are currently maintaining a dual processor Pentium III/700
MHz server running Microsoft Windows 2000 Advanced Server,
with Internet Information Server 5.0. We host,
offer e-commerce solutions, merchant accounts, e-mail (running
MDaemon e-mailserver with Web access) and other services.
We are currently looking into group medical benefits for all
our Hosted customers and their customer base, as well.
All accounts
hosted on our server are with end use clients who have a domain
name to host. We generate an IP address
and bind your domain name to our nameservers, then allow you
access through FTP protocols to make changes to your site
contents. In order to start this process a domain
name is needed though. We can help you with your set up of
a domain name for those who do not as yet have a domain name

domain houses on the net.
Hosting
of websites is a relatively easy process once you have someone
hosting your domain for you. If you are familiar with FTP
and with folder and website heirarchy and implimentation,
we can involve our customers in their site by giving them
tools to make changes to their site. Many of our customers
have wanted us to design, host and maintain their sites for
them. Along with our design and hosting, we also offer webmastering

web site is a great way to express yourself - get your name
known, or sell a product or service. The global reach of the
internet allows web site owners to show themselves off to
the world. Why limit your target to a local market or audience,
when you can have a global market appeal.
Personal
Sites:
These
sites are for individuals who want a personal or informational
site. We can offer more space if needed, for additional cost.
All sites come with 24/7 customer service. We answer all our
emails, every day and get back to you with a response if necessary
through an IM channel or through email, the same day. We utilize
MSN and ICQ IM applets to keep contact with our customers to
aid in customer service requests being filled quickly.
Certain informational and
personal sites will have a $50 setup charge associated with
them. These include sites with certain types of content, sites
that must be transferred from other existing hosting locations,
and sites that require special handling as far as nameserver
relocation. This cost can be billed over 60 days. Please contact

Basic
accounts are $20.00 per

Commerce
Sites:
Our
commerce sites are for individuals wishing to sell products
or services online. They require a merchant account in most
cases. We do have resources however, to work with the client
on merchant accounts for those who do not have a merchant
account. All our commerce
sites have an aditional $200.00
setup fee. This non-refundable fee is for the setup of the
shopping cart and catalog, and any of the necessary links
which enable the online vendor to process orders online.
Basic
Commerce accounts
are $35.00 - $50.00 per
month and have these features added to the above. These accounts
are for customers who already have a merchant account online.
Cost will be added if we manage your store.

Commerce accounts

month and are our most advanced sites with full e-commerce
capabilities and are for people who cannot obtain or simply
do not have a merchant account and/or any of the links necessary
to conduct e-commerce on the web. This account has all the
links outsourced to affiliated online vendors, such as e-Merchant
or OrbisNet, to manage your account through your domain.
We set up your store for you, then you have a web interface
to get valuable data regarding the store, and to obtain store
data, such as orders pending, account status, payments due,
etc. All can be retrieved from the web in real time. Payments
are made bi-monthly, Verisign verified secure online
ordering, and more. The only thing owner of store has to do
is fill orders, and wait to get paid. At this time we are
only allowing a few clients to take advantage of this.

Steps
to getting a website on MSP
- The
first step in getting started is deciding on a domain name.
- Next
step is seeing if the name is available. Go
here and check to see if it is available.
- If
the name is available then you must decide how long you
want your domain name for. You can purchase it for $8.95
per year.
- Wherever
you go... fill out the forms, register your name, and pay
for your registration. Now you have a domain name.
Once you have your domain name registered then you choose
which level of service we can offer you. Wether your hosting
willl be Basic,
Plus, Commerce
or
Plus Commerce, go here and download our agreement.
Read it, fill in the appropriate info, sign it and fax it
back to us using the fax number on the form. Click on the
